WELCOME

Bekah created a peaceful and open space for our coaching experience.  I felt supported and completely free to show up as my messy human self.  She showed up to every call with authentic curiosity and kindness. 

 

I was in the process of unpacking some bags of the family system variety when I started working with Bekah.  It was tremendously nourishing to work with someone I felt so connected to.  Practicing vulnerability in our coaching container felt accessible and completely natural.  I was able to explore shadow aspects of myself and gain insight into some of my behaviors.

 

In previous versions of myself, I had struggled to give myself permission to be fully seen.  Working with Bekah helped me release the fear surrounding that self -limiting belief. 

I am extremely grateful to have had the opportunity to work with such a beautiful human and gifted coach!
