Words cannot describe it, but I will do my best to explain how Rebekah has been a pillar in my total work-life experiences. Rebekah responded quickly to my email request and contacted me within 30 minutes;
what a “WOW” factor. I immediately felt a “good belly feeling” with her during the initial consultation. Rebekah had the “goods” to support and provide me with what was needed and
wanted with this extensive journey.
My experience with Rebekah has provided me with tools, guidance, resources, and
support for learning to navigate troubled waters professionally and personally. She provides the
safety net and the ability to converse transparently about previous dilemmas encountered by prior employers. Rebekah allowed me to open my “purple” door for personal reflection on life qualities (i.e., reflection on accomplishments or not, acceptance of thank-you, and reflecting upon life experience and challenges presented to overcoming those). Working with Rebekah has absolutely changed my life! Before working with her, I didn’t feel like I could share my authentic thoughts and opinions with others. I would often censor myself, for fear of how other people would think of me. I constantly felt self-conscious and would choose staying home over going somewhere new.
Coaching with Rebekah has allowed me to connect more deeply to myself, my thoughts, and my authentic self! I now choose things that are out of my comfort zone and enjoy challenging myself! Bekah taught me how to meditate, which helped me sleep better.
She helped me understand how important sleep is, and how much it can affect your health. I learned many new things, such as the relationship between muscle cramping and low magnesium.
